That it be a Special Order, La pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf bisection 119 of “The Counties Act, 1908,” and its amendments, the Stratford County Council hereby re-! solves as follows: That, for purpose of defraying the cost of repairing portions of the Rropkes Road, the Stratford’ County Council hereby makes and levies a separate fate of one penny in the pound uport the rateable value of all rateable property of the Brookes Becken Separate Rating District, comprising sections 77a, 79a, 80a, 81a, 82a lot 1 of 83a and lots 1. and 2 of 84a of Block I, and sections 3,4, -5, 8, 9. 10, 11, 13 and 15 of Block V., Ngaero Survey District: such rate to be for the year ending 31st March, 1917. and to be payable in one sum on the 18th day of October, 1916, at the County Office, Stratford.
