The Evangelical Free Church Conference decided it was essential in any federation that the free churches' communicants should be eligible ’for, admission to Communion at any ot the federated churches; and that the Federal Council consist ol members appointed hv assemblies ol -superior courts of the federated churches. ITie council have general advisory poueis, and such executive and administrative powers as a federation ol the churches may confer. The Confluence reassembles in the spring to receive reports from the various committees.
