A German seaplane approached Dover in the afternoon and dropped three bombs. No casualties resulted. ENEMY BUILDING ZEPPELINS. Press Association —Copyright, Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received 9.25 a.m.) Zurich, September 22. There are reports that the Germans are feverishly constructing airships. Four new super-Zeppelins left Freidrichshaven on their trial trips.
