An Italian communique states: Heavy artillery and trench motars bombarded the enemy east of Goriza. In the Carso plateau, during tor rential rain, we stormed position:: east of Yalona. taking lines of entrenchments and making prisoners during yesterday of 2000. The attacks are proceeding satisfactorily and we are extending possession of the crest at Mount Cauriol.
