TELEPHONES Cnarges.—At Lxcnanges continuous ly open—Business establishments, £7 ; private residences, £5 per annum. Exchanges not continuously open, an equal charge ui £5. Telephone Exchanges at Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin. Invercargill, Napier, Hastings, Palmerston North, and Wanganui are open all day and all night.
