TURKS WANTED AT HOME. FRUIT AND VECETAELES EX' CHANCED FOR MUNITIONS. (Received 11.30 a.m.) Berne, September 4. Since the beginning of the Roumanian offensive, no Turkish reinforcements have arrived in Germany. Austrian trains from Constantinople are laden with fruit and vegetables ami return with munitions.
