WHAT MEN MUST DO. Men already registered—1. —Must notify any change of address. 2. —Must apply on form provided fur certificate of enrolment. Mon not enrolled—1. Must fill in an enrolment card. 2. —Must apply on form provided for a certificate of enrolment. This must be done before Saturday, September Itlth. All forms obtainable at any and every Post Office.
