INFERNAL MACHINES BLOW UP ALLIED SHIPS. Copenhagen, August 31. The Dagen Snyheter states that Austrian infernal machines which were placed among the cargoes, blew up seven Allied steamers in Finniss harbor last week. IN THE NORTH SEA. Steamers report that scarcely any German warships are now encountered in the North Sea, but that there is an increasing number of Zeppelins, which are patrolling and communicating wirelessly with submarines.
