The captain of the Swedish steamer Raynarck, which was blown up in the North Sea while on a voyage to Rouen with a cargo or iron, declared that the Germans at Gothenburg smuggled an infernal machine aboard. Norfolk (Virginia) reports that two British submarines voyaged to America, and are watching the coast for the Deutschland and the Bremen.
