She loft last night on, the return passage, and. is .due again at the Breakwater on Friday morning. . i The auxiliary scow Albatross, which •was wrecked at JVlarokapji (near Kawhia) on Sunday last, was* purchased a little time ago by Mr .James William•ion, of AVaitarn. from Mr James Braund, of Auckland. The Albatross was a wooden vessel, built at Auckland in 1902, and lately had been.fitted with a 40 h.p. motor, driving a . single, propeller. She wan a vessel of 38 tons register and the following dimensions: Length 60ft., beam 20ft., depth of hold sft 3in.
