At the Supremo Court, James Fsr- : roily, alias Spcncorly, and David Creamer, who wore convicted of break, mg and entering, were remanded for sentence. Frederick Gibbs, charged with stealing £3O- and a watch, belonging to a discharged soldier, -at a hoarding-house, was found guilty, sentence being deferred. James Angus McQuilkin, charged with stealing two bottles of wine from the steamer Rernuera, was acquitted.
