Wilson, who is leaving for the front, lias decided to soil the whole of his household furniture, and Newton King will hold an auction sale on his hehalf at the residence, Pembroke Road, to-morrow. The furniture is practically new and is all in fust-class order. Mr Wilson's well-built brick residence of seven rooms, with all modern conveniences, will also he offered at the sale, which commences at 1.30. One of the most important dairy sales of the season will be conducted by Newton King on behalf of Mr J. T. Belcher to-morrow. Mr Belcher's herd of pedigree and grade Jerseys is well-known in the Taranaki province and there is sure to he a record attendance of buyers present at the auction. Owing to failing health and on account of his son leaving for the front, Mr Belcher has decided to go right out of dairying, and everything will be sold without reserve. Mr Belcher has been breeding up his present herd for the past twelve years, and has gone in for nothing but good constitutioned cows and ones that will give results. Farmers wishing to replete their herds are advised not to miss this sale, as it offers excellent opportunity for purchasing first-class stock. Motor cars will meet the north and south trains to-morrow morning to convey clients to the sale, which will lie held on the farm, Waingongoro Road, commencing at 10.-'SO o'clock.
The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, are holding a clearing salo'at the residence of Mr A. IX Blick, Opnnako Hoad, tomorrow, at 1 o'clock sharp. Mr Blick is giving tip house-keeping, and is disposing of all his furniture, which includes some very fine English oak. Full particulars will be found on page 8 of this issue. The Now Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company Limited wish to draw the attention of the public to the clearing sale they are holding on account of F. -T. Curry, at his homostead, Manaia Road, Rowan, on Friday next, August 4th, at 11.30 a.m. Mr Curry is giving up dairying and going in'for sheep. Full particulars will 1)0 found on page 8 of this issue.
