245 VESSELS SEIZED IN ALLIED PORTS. Press Association—Copyright, Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received 11.10 a.rn.) London. July 31. In tlie House of Commons Lord Robert Cecil announced that the following; enemy vessels had been seized in the Allies’ ports: British HI, French 12, Russian 30, and Italian 59. Britain and Italy were employing all their seizures. The Portuguese seized seventy-one steamers and three sailers, and all will bo employed as soon as repaired.
