The New Zealand Farmers' Co-op-erative Organisation Society draw special attention to the clearing sale on account of Mr F>. G. Tichbon, on his farm, Bard Road, on Monday next, commencing at 12.30 p.m.. TJie fine herd of .'57 young cows will be offered by auction for unreserved sale, and the opportunity should not be missed by those in need of reliable milkers. The lot shows a decided strain of the Holstein. The sundries to bo offered are worth inspecting. Mr Ticbbon's household furniture, which is almost new, will also be put under the hammer. The sale starts at 12..'50, and luncheon will be provided. The N.Z. Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., wish to draw the attention of the public to their Tarata sale, which they are holding in their Tarata yards to-morrow, Friday, at 1 p.m. Full particulars will be found on page 8 of this issue. Tho NT.Z. and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., wish to draw tho attention of the public to the dealing sale they are holding on account of Mr J. T. Ross, on Monday, 31st inst. at the homestead, Upper Hastings' Road, Lowgarth. Mr -Ross has sold his farm, and everything is practically unreserved. The cows arc mostly young, andj early culvers, ar.o in good condition/ and averaged 309 lbs butter-fat last season. So buyers will have a chance at this sale of getting some choice and paying cows.
