Mr Balsillte, a vyirelcss expert, stated that it had been proved couelusivoly that rain could be stimulated hy electrical means. His experiments proved that at least thirty per cent, of stimulation should he maintained. Ho emphasised the point that ho did not claim to produce rain, hut only to stimulate the light falls.
