‘DEATH OF ANOTHER VICTIM. Pee Terse .Ibhooia.tion. Taitmarunui, July 10. An adjourned inquest was held at the hospital this afiernoon before the coroner. Mrs Jeffrey had so far recovered as to be able to give evidence lying in bed. Her evidence was similar to the statement made to Constable Maher. She saw her husband’s letter on the table after the tragedy, .but dazed, and with one eye closed, slio was unable to read it. Early this morning a third victim died in hospital, namely, Neal Jeffrey, four, who had a badly fractured skull. Evidence of identification was taken, and the inquest was fun her adjourned. The other victims are improving.
