' STRATFORD V, S.D.H.S. The first Shield match in the Senior Cadet competition was played yesterday at Victoria Park. The proceeds were devoted to the fund to aid the mother of the later Sergeant Dewar hut the attendance of the public was not large and only a small sum was taken at the gate. Kivell scored for the Cadets, and Tatton scored and Coutts converted for the School. Mr B. Bergin acted as referee.
