Discussing the fund for the relief oi dependents of the sailors lost in the North Sea Battle at a meeting of the Auckland branch of the Farmers; Union, Mr Ross, the chairman, said it was the duty of the Imperial Government to provide for her sailor dependents, and he believed they were doing so. From the Melbourne Branch 27 (3 killed in action), Sydney IS (1 killed), Rockhampton 4, Brisbane 3, Long Beach 2 (1 killed), Albury 1. An accompanying “List of Honor” sets forth the names of seven sons of 'directors, twenty-seven sons of employees, and thirty-seven former employees also at the front, of which number ten are killed, wounded, or missing.
