PERSONAL.
A very quiet wedding was celebrated at the Holy Trinity Church this morning when Miss R. Whishaw was married to Mr J. Barnard, of Palmerston. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. C. W. Howard. Miss Wishaw. who was given away by Mr G. Pratt, was attended by Miss Ferguson, while Lance-Corporal F. Fongero acted as best man. Mr and Mrs Barnard left for the south by the. afternoon train.
