FRIDAY, JUNE 2. (Before Mr Haselden, S.M.) REQUEST FOR MILITARY EXEMPTION. P. H. Booker appeared and asked to be exempted from military parades. Lieutenant Cray, who appeared on behalf of the Defence Department, said Booker had not attended drill since 1914. The matter of the shooting of the horse had been reported to the police, and tbe present cases were the outcome of inquiries.
