VISIT OF PRINCE MIRKO TO VIENNA. KING NICHOLAS’ DISAPPROVAL. Pbm» A 11*001 ation. 1 (Received 1.46 p.m.) London May 24. King, Nicholas writes strongly disapproving of Prince Mirko’s visit to Vienna. He says; “I hasten to assure our Allies that my son possesses no official sanding. The Cabinet is being formed by Ministers remaining in Montenegro. In any case, should he be part of my Government, he does not possess the power to rule.” King Nicholas hoped, by the help of God and the valiant that Montenegro will sopn be delivered.
