Advices from Constantinople state that serious differences have occurred among members of the Cabinet, and that Shcikul Islam and the Minister of Justice have resigned. Enver Pasha, who is on the Russian front, goes to Bagdad unless the crisis necessitates his presence in Constantinople. General Tounshend has arrived* at Constantinople.
