The Wavrinioo, from Napier had to put to sea when discharging at that port, and brought on about 600 tons of Hawke's Bay cargo to Auckland. HEAVY RAIN AT CISBORNE. Gisborne, May 13. Heavy rains continue and eight and a half inches have fallen. The Waipawa, river is high, and the flood waters covered the road near Ormond this afternoon. No further damage is reported.
