GERMAN LINER IN EXCHANGE FOR THE TUBANTIA. [United Press Association.! London, May 2. Amsterdam newspapers state that Herr Ballin, on behalf of Germany, has agreed to transfer to the Dutch Lloyd Company one of the largest HamburgAmerika liners, as compensation for the Tubantia. It is questioned in some circles whether Britain will recognise the substituted vessel as a Dutch one. MINES IN THE BLACK SEA. BLASPHEMOUS INSCRIPTIONS. (Received 9.5 a.m.) Petrograd, [May 3.
