At Wellington, Justice Hosking dismissed an application for a new trial of the Hoc) action Saunders v. A letter received from a Wanganui Soldier, now a prisoner in Turkey, says, that after, discharge from hospital, the prisoners are all taken about '.){)U miles inland from Constantinople, evidently to mountainous country, as he says it was snowing.
