Re- - suits from the leading pens were as ', follows : Light breeds (wet mash): G. M'Donold, 1661 ; H. M'Kenzie and Son, 1637 ; W. M. Baylis, 1623; Fulham Park ( 1543. Light breeds (dry mash):W. H. Robbins, 1638; H. M'Kenzie and Son, 1601; A. A. Sandeland, 1457. Heavy breeds (wet mash): E. Graham, 1507; Marshall Poultry Farm. 1447'; G. W. Hippe, 1423. j Five pens in the competition laid over 1600, and this is said to be a world's record. Another world'-, record is probably constituted by the fact that with 600 birds in the competition, the average laying was 220,
