AN AMERICAN COURT DECISION. [Unitkd Press A^iodiawon.l (Received 1.45 p.m.) New York, April 24. The Chicago Circuit Court has decided that Bacon wrote Shakespeare’s plays. The Selig motion-picture manufacturers sued Fabyrian, a publisher, for an injunction compelling Fahyian to retrain from publishing books supporting the Baconian theory as interfering with the motion pictures. The Court refused, an injunction, holding that Bacon was really the author, Shakespeare’s name being merely a disguise.
