AVIATION IN BELGIUM,
RAELWAY STATION BOMBED.
The High Commissioner reports:— London, April 24 (3.55 p.m.) i In the course of the 23rd following nights, our squadrons twice bombarded the station at Vyfiyege, east of the forest of Houthulst. Fortyeight heavy bombs were dropped sue* cessfully on the station buildings. All the aeroplanes returned uninjured.

The air raid caused immense excitement) among the holiday-makers in Dover and they flocked the streets in thousands despite Hie regulations. Gunfiro was the first intimation of the arrival of the raiders, and a Tan be was visible through glasses hurrying seawards.
AEROPLANES' OVER DOVER.
NO BOMBS DROPPED. The High Commissioner reports:— London, April 24 (2.4-5 p.m.) Hostile aeroplanes appeared over Dover this morning from the East, and circled over the town at a height estimated at 6000 feet. - Aircraft drove off the machines. No bombs were dropped.
