GERMAN SUBMARINE SUPPLIES.
London, April 17
The Times’ naval correspondent says that this month the average number of submarine losses works out at about two ships daily, less than one occurring in home waters, and something over one in the Mediterranean. Manifestly the Germans have not to return to homo ports to replenish their ammunition and petrol, and it will tax the ingenuity of our seamen to counteract the new campaign.
