SPELTER WORKS UNDER GERMAN CONTROL. 'United Press Abhoolation.l London, April 5. The spelter question has become emphasised. The Daily News, on the most reliable authority, says the spelter works in Belgium are working four clays a week, under German control. A stock of G 3,000 tons has accumulated there, and also the Germans have placed orders to secure a supply of ore after the war, and are buying large quantities. Spain is contributing to the future output of the mines.
