In the House of Commons Mr Billing asked for assurances that the air raid on Zeebrugge was not an isolated affair, but the commencement of repeated attacks on aircraft bases. Mr MacNamara, replying, said that the Government intended using their air resources to the utmost in offensive as well as defensive operations.
