Mr Charles Winks, of flaw era 1 , who went to England on a health-reeruit-iiig visit, has arrived in London. Major E. 15.I 5 . Cox, who went away from Hawera with the Main Body, and saw service on the (*alli|Kjli Peninsula, where In* was wounded, is now in Hawera. Mr W. Callender, General Manager, and Mr H. Beauchamp, Chairman of Directors of the Bank of New Zealand, made a flying short visit to Ohnra on Tuesday. The Advocate states that they expressed themselves as well pleased with the appearance of the country.
