FOUR MILLION MEN MOBILISED. [United Yiam .Association.] London, March 17. The Morning Post's Budapest correspondent states that four million Austro-Hungarians have mobilised, representing their final effort. Tim inclusive men range up to fifty-five years of age, though men of fortythree' to fifty-five cannot legally be sent to the firing line. Of these, 1,700,000 go to the Russian front, half a million..to the Italian, ,200,000 to the Balkans;' and' the rest undergo training.
