GERMAN RUMOURS DENIED. United Press Association. London, March 13. German agents in the Far East are spreading a rumor that Japan is anxious for a revision of the Anglo-Japa-nese treaty. Japan has warmly denied this, and says that her people are overwhelmingly in favor of the alliance.
