A private telegram received in Wellington, on Friday announced the death in Auckland, on- Thursday night of Mr, Edward George Britten Moss, barrister and solicitor, who at one time represented Ohinemui in the House of Representatives. Tbe deceased was admitted to the Par on October 15, 1877. and afterwards practised, at Greymouth, Tanranga, Paeroa: and Auckland.
