— HIS MAJESTY’S THEATRE. MARY PICKFORD. “Such a Little Queen” is the title of the photo-play to be screened at His Majesty’s Theatre to-night, in Y'hich the famed Cinema artist, Miss Mary Pickford covers herself in glory. The N.Z. Times in reporting the film says:—“Such a Little Queen,” which was presented at the King’s Theatre last night is one of the most delightful photo-plays that has been screened in this city. The house was packed to the doors. There is not a dull moment in the whole story. . . . There are episodes that cause waves of laughter; while, at times, the deeper emotions are stirred by the action of the romance. “Such a Little Queen” is the most artistically produced attraction ever staged by the famous Player’s Company. The work of “Little Mary has never been excelled, the poise of royalty on a throne fades in a twinkling, when transplanted to a New York apartment. The big star film is supported by an exceptionally good “War Gazette” and a rich comedy entitled “Bud Blossom.”
