. TARANAKI’S NEXT QUOTA. EIGHTEEN MEN WANTED. Recruiting in Taranaki is slack just now. and tliorc is a .shortage of eighteen in infantry For the 14th Reinforcements. The authorities hope that those who can possibly get away will,come forward and give their services. so that the shortage may be made up. The men will leave for camp next .Monday. tbn s leaving only j five days in which to secure the additional recruits to complete the quota. The detailed position is now as Follows
I 14th REINFORCEMENTS. STRATFORD’S QUOTA. Tlic Town Clerk lias received notification that the following men. the local quota of the 11 th .Reinforcements, will leave Stratford next Monday morning for camp:— INFANTRY. A. Ward, Whangamomona W.
