Wet canteens under strut military supervision find a strong supporter in Archbishop Carr. Senator Pearce (Minister of Defence) also denies knowledge of the reported munitions co-ordination, REVISED WAR SHIPPING RATES. Sydney, February 28. The underwriters advised that the war rates have been revised as follows: Sailers from the United Kingdom, America, Canadian east coast to Australia, belligerents five per cent., neutrals unchanged, steamers via the Cape three per cent.
