RUSSIANS CO WEST. ANOTHER TOWN OCCUPIED. [United Press Association.] (Received 8.5 a.m.) Petrograd, February 27. A communique states: Our losses at Erzerum were comparatively insigficant. We captured 235 Turkish officers, 12,753 men, 323 guns, large stores of munitions, arms and provisions. We threw back the enemy rearguards fifty miles westward of Erzerum, and occupied Aschkala.
