The second day of the Poverty May Turf Club's meeting was held to-day. "Results :
Stewards Handicap, of 125 sovs, six furlongs.—Zeus 1, Goldenlyte 2. Waerowa. All started. Won by a nose, several lengths between second and third horses. Time lmin 5 4-ssec.
Second Hurdles Handicap, of 125 sovs., one mile and a-half.—Bravest 1, Brunswick 2, Fagot 3. Scratched: Master Roger. Won by two lengths, with three lengths between second and third horses. Time 2min SOsec .
Hack Flat Handicap, of 12550v5.. six furlongs.—Cleft 1, Genevieve 2,Penroe 3. Scratched : Trials. A great finish. Won by half a length, a head between second an dthird. Time, lmin 16 l-ssec.
