Herr Meyer, editor of Yorwaerts was prosecuted for inciting class hat red by publishing a pamphlet "\Yh is Responsible for the War?" and an other entitled "The Annexation Man ia." The public prosecutor demandec eighteen months' imprisonment, be. Meyer was sentenced to a week.
