A TORPEDO ACCIDENT. STARTLING INCIDENT IN HARBOUR. EVERAL PEOPLE WOUNDED. (United Pkkss Ahbooiation.l London, February 10. There was a sensational incident I his afternoon when a submarine an■hored in Flushing harbor accidentally lischarged a torpedo, which exploded 'gainst a pontoon,*on which there I ere a number of people, including a rty of Dutch naval men. Several were wounded and the pontoon sank. One member of the crew of the submarine was killed. PLAIN TALK TO MINERS, “GERMANS LONG OVERDUE AT’ HELL.” United Press Association.
