CHIVALRY qF THE TURKS. AN INSTANCE AT CTESIPHON. (Received 8.5 a.m.) London, February 8. A British officer tells a story of the chivalry of the Turks at C'tesiphon. A barge containing 3UO British wounded stuck in the mud with the medical personnel aboard. The vessel Jiad to bo abandoned and the Turks towed her off, and under the White Flag sentjicr back to the British camp unharmed.
