THE FIRE AT VILNA. INHABITANTS HEAVILY FINED, United Peesh Association. (Received 8.5 a.rn.) Petrograd, February 8. During the lire at Vilna on the 29th nit. the flames reached the Gorman headquarters, and the Germans, believing the lire was the result of deliberate action, lined the town 75,000 marks.
