STRATFORD ASSOCIATED AUCTIONEERS' GIFT AUCTION SALE.
SICK AND WOUNDED SOLDIERSFUND. The Committee report that matters in connection with to-morrow's big sale are well in hand. A meeting of workers will be held to-night in Newton King's office, at 8- o'clock, to complete final arrangements. The management are most anxious that all donations should be acknowledged through the press, and have endeavoured to do so. Any donor whose contribution has not been acknowledged is a«ked to kindly communicate with the Secretary at once.
A splendid lot of mixed lines have been donated, and judging by the increasing demand for a" cias!?*J oi stock, the sale should result in a substantial sum being placed to the credit of the Wounded Soldiers' Fund.
