Results:— Mungaroa Welter, of 20(1 sovs. 7 furlongs.—Heeltap (8.2) 1, Rongoroa 1 8.2) 2, Lady Nolan >,8.5) 3. All started. Won by a head. Time I min 20 sec. January Welter, of 250 sovs, one mile.—Combustion (8.5) 1, Down (8.5) 2, Myuhi (8.10) 3. Eelasco was scratched. Won by half a length. Time, Imin 11 2-ssec. Wellington Stakes, of 750 sovs., five furlongs.—Desert Gold (9.3) 1. Hyttus (7.9) 2, Tino Atua ((5.12) 3. The only other starters, were Battle.
