A Gorman wireless message quotes the Berlinger Tageblatt as saving that the Kaiser is merely suffering from a harmless boil, which will not prevent him walking out. Heir von Bethmann Hollweg has sent a wireless message to. America, in reply to a press inquiry as to his health, that the Kaiser receives guests and audiences to his Ministers and officers, and that he takes daily walks in the palace gardens, weather permitting. Amsterdam, January 17.
