CROESUS IN TROUBLE.

Last night the stewards held an inquiry into flier running of Croesus in the Summer Handicap, and decided to disqualify Croesus, hi s owner (G. F. Hardy), trainer (J. S. O’Neill), and jockey (H. Lorigan), during the pleasure of the Club on the grounds that Croesus had been pulled. Ju the case of H. Griffiths, rider of Purse filler iu the same race, his license was cancelled for giving lalse information to the Stewards at the inquiry.
