REVOLUTIONARY MOVEMENTS. [United Press Association.] ' . 1 London, December 27. The Daily Telegraph’s correspondent at Peking says that the internal situation is developing swiftly, though it i s still wrapped in mystery. Seve-, ral of the legations have received telegrams stating that Yunnan Kjangsi province has seceded, and is mustering troops'under General Isaias, a Japanese-trained officer, who attempted in 1911 to found a dynasty. The Yunnan plot is far-reaching and carefully prepared. ProbahlV the reason 'is that the monarchy movement was 'rushed on. 1 Chinese commercial communities in I America, Singapore, and in the South Seas, are subscribing towards a revolt. I Yuan-Shih-Kai’s Government is acting energetically, and General Tsaokun, commanding the Third Divi'sion, which sacked Poking in 1912, is advancing by forced marches from Szechuan.
