CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR HOLIDAYS.
Telegraph Office will be open uu Xmas Day from sto 5.30. Boxing D„y 9 to 10 a.ra., and 7 to 8 p.m. .saw Year’s Day at 9 to 10 a.m., and 7 go 8 p.m. Postal branch.- —Saturday, December 25Lh (Xmas Day), and January Ist (New Year’s Day), will be observed as close holiday. Monday, December 27 (Boxing Day), the Post Office will be open in all its branches (except M.O. and 5.8.), from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Telephone Exchange.—Sunday hours will be observed on Xmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day the Telephone Exchange will be open as usual. Mails usually despatched on Saturdays will be closed on Friday nights, December 21th and 31st, at 8 o’clock. On December 27th (Boxing Day) the usual despatch of mails up to 8 a.m. will be made. Pillar boxes, the receivers, and posting boxes will be cleared accordingly. Counter Delivery. —Deliveries of town letters (ordinary and registered) will be made on Friday | nights, December 21th and 31st, be- , tween 7 and 8 p.m. Letter Carriers’ j Deliveries. —One complete delivery by j all letter-carriers will be made on Do- j cember 27th.
